The first of the 2 questions in this video is relatively easy to answer for most, the 2nd takes a bit of thought… The second question is really one about the children themselves. When they can answer confidentially why they are loved it is because they have the confidence and belief in themselves to know that they are worth it, that they matter and that they really do deserve to be loved because of who they are as an individual and a member of their family and community. The children of the World depend on us to take the right actions and live by our by the words we speak. Right actions, being actions that support their future.
Support the communities in rural South Africa and make a one time donation or set up a monthly donation today, by visiting our site at www.myarmswideopen.org and completing the donation form. Every bit helps! Thank you.
Mothers and Children in South Africa – Join us in our causes
Written by AdministratorIn August we will be taking our next trip to South Africa and working in the Eastern Cape in Cradock. During our trip we will also be visiting Itipini and the Limpopo region in the Northern part of South Africa. We will be sending updates as we progress through our trip to highlight what the people we are working with are doing and how they are taking steps to supporting themselves, their families and communities. Take a look at the following short video to get a sense for what we are doing with the My Arms Wide Open™ Foundation and how you can get involved.
